Lower Abs- Your lower abs are the hardest part of your stomach to lose weight from. However losing weight from this section gives you the most noticeable results. Some great Lower Abs exercises are Planks and Leg Raises.
Obliques- Working on your obliques is the best way get rid of your love handles and give you those sexy cuts you have always been looking for. Some great Oblique Exercises are The Russian Twist, Seated Broom Stick Twist, and Side Bends.
These Exercises worked for me and than can for you too. I started seeing results in about two weeks. Now after a couple months my abs have never looked better.
